MOORHEAD, Minn. – Melissa Gamble scored a pair of goals in the second half to help lead the Wolves past MSU Moorhead 3-0. Larissa Strychun assisted on the first goal while Heather Bartlett picked up the other goal and assist.
The Wolves have allowed only one goal in their last five games and finish the regular season tied for second in the NSIC with Southwest Minnesota State. The Wolves received the three seed for the NSIC tournament due to their loss to SMSU earlier this season. The Wolves will host Wayne State on Tuesday, November 6th at 2:00 pm in the first round of the NSIC Tournament.
Northern State University (located in Aberdeen, SD) is an NCAA Division II institution and a member of the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC).
