Michael Catullo

Graduate Assistant Coach

Michael Catullo enters his first season as graduate assistant for the Northern State Wolves. He will contribute his wrestling knowledge both beside the mat during matches and in the wrestling room at practice.

A member of the West Virginia University wrestling team during the 1997-2002 wresting seasons. While at WVU, Catullo was a dependable wrestler who contributed to the starting lineup as a junior in 2001 and also gained much needed experience as a Sophomore and red-shirt freshman during 1999 and 2000 wrestling seasons.

A native of Oakmont Pennsylvania, Catullo wrestled to a 57-30 record and a undefeated senior season in dual meet competition while at Riverview High School, and was a four-year-letterman and three-year-captain and was twice named outstanding wrestler.

Catullo is a graduated of West Virginia University and has a bachelors degree in Health and Physical Education Teaching. He is currently pursuing his masters degree in Health and Physical Education with a minor in Coaching here at Northern. He resides in Aberdeen and is single.
