Wolves Fall To Vikings, 42-6

BLAIR, Neb.- The Dana College Vikings used four pins and two forfiets by the Northern State Wolves on their way to a 42-6 victory. The Vikings from Dana jumped on the Wolves early as they used two pins a forfeit, and a 10-8 decision by Clinton Dale over NSU's Dustin Bonn in the 149lb match to jump out to an early 21-0 lead. The Wolves would follow up by getting their only two wins on the night, one from Pillip Downs (7-5 over Marcos Martinez, 157lb) and one by Shawn Lewis (9-7 over Dan Pray, 165lb).

The rest of the way it was all Vikings as they used two more pins a forfeit and a 7-4 decision by Wade Jordan over NSU's Todd Naasz in the 197lb match up. The Vikings got pins from 125lb Chris Trampe, 141lb Brian Grahm, 174lb Josh Ghobadpoor, and 174lb Josh Ghobadpoor on the evening.

The Wolves will be in action next when they travel to Fayette, Iowa on January 18th to take on #8 Upper Iowa.
