High School: Hudiburgh went to Grand Island High School. He was a three time state place winner finishing third at 160-pounds, second at 171-pounds, and first at 189-pounds as a senior. Hudiburgh won three conference championships and holds the school record for most career pins, points, and wins. He was also an All District and All-Conference football player.
