Mozart Matinee to be Presented at NSU

(ABERDEEN, SD) The Northern State University departments of theater and music are joining together to bring opera to Aberdeen. “Mozart Matinee,” will be presented on Sun, Apr. 20, at 3 p.m. on the main stage of the Johnson Fine Arts Center on the NSU campus. Scenes and arias from “The Marriage of Figaro,” “Cosi fan tutte,” and “The Magic Flute,” will be performed by NSU students.
The afternoon performance is being directed by NSU’s Darci Bultema, Raouf Zaidan and Dan Yurgaitis. Mary Beth Kelly, Katie Klipfel, Forbes, N.D., and Brandon Sterling, Rapid City will accompany the performers.
General Admission for “Mozart Matinee,” is $10, and $2 for students. For more information contact the Fine Arts Office at 605-626-2497.
