Fourth Annual Artapalooza Scheduled at NSU

(Aberdeen, S.D.)  Please join the Northern State University Art Department and the NSU Art Club for the 4th Annual Artapalooza. Artapalooza is celebration of art, culture and music that will be Friday, April 30, 4– 7 p.m. The event location is the Campus Green. If there is poor weather, the event will be held in the Student Center.

This year there will be many art activities, workshops and performances including demonstrations by the Tae Kwon Do Club and NSU Jazz Band. The event is free and open to the community. Families and children are welcome. Some of the activities included in this years’ event are tie-dying (bring a cotton t-shirt), ceramics demonstrations, beading, rope-making, and a sidewalk drawing. In addition to the activities, there will be NSU student art for sale and on display.
