Dr. Donelan teaches a variety of courses in Sociology and Criminal Justice. Her main areas of schloarly interest include hate crimes, victimization of women and children, and policing issues on American Indian reservations. She is also the Coordinator of the Sociology Internship Program.

Prof. Schaff teaches courses on the American political institution, American Political Thought, and Politics and Religion.  His main areas of scholarly interest include the political thought and presidency of Abraham Lincoln, the idea of progress in the American mind, and other issues in the field of American Political Development.

Dr. Seeber teaches courses in sociology, social work and gerontology. In addition, he directs the Gerontology Studies program at NSU.  His primary interests include gerontology education fro non-traditional students and  healthcare and community service delivery in rural America.  He, with other NSU gerontology faculty, is writing an introductory textbook for gerontology students.
