The Northern State University School of Education is an NCATE-accredited professional school providing preparation in diverse areas of education. The school offers undergraduate programs specializing in Elementary and Secondary Education, Health and Physical Education, Psychology, School & Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and Special Education.

The Graduate program in the School of Education offers a Master of Science in Education, a Master of Science in Education in E-learning, or a Master of Science in Education, Teaching and Learning with emphasis in the following areas:
