Masters in Leadership and Administration
MSEd in Leadership and Administration courses focus on effective leadership models, data-driven decision-making, school and community partnerships, and digital communication.
 
Teaching Experience
MSEd in Leadership and Administration candidates must document a minimum of one year of full-time PK-12 teaching experience in an accredited school. Three years of verified teaching experience is required for licensure in South Dakota.

Licensure, accreditation
The program meets the requirements for licensure as a PreK-12 school principal by the South Dakota Department of Education. The curriculum is aligned with national standards as set by the Educational Leadership Constituent Council, and the program is accredited by the National Council for the Accreditation of Teacher Education.
