Wellness Center

The Dacotah Hall Wellness Center was established in 2006 and is funded entirely by student activity fees. The facility measures over 3,500 square feet and includes a gymnasium, fitness center and aerobic room. The fitness center features a variety of strength training equipment and state-of-the-art cardio machines.

The Wellness Center is staffed during the following hours when classes are in session (this does not include summer hours of operation).

10am-10pm Monday-Friday
4pm-10pm Sunday
* the center is not staffed on Saturdays

Staff are available to conduct safety orientation sessions during regularly staffed hours. Students, faculty and staff must complete the ten to 15 minute orientation before their ID card will be activated, allowing them to gain access to the facility.
