Who is this Scott Allbee Guy Anyway?

I am a programmer geek for Northern State University and the State of South Dakota.  I do most 
of my programming in Visual Basic or Access.  I am also in charge of our document imaging
for the University using a product called Keyfile.  Well, enough about work.  In my spare time,
I enjoy golfing, watching sports on TV, tinkering with my PC at home, playing hoops and spending
time with my wife and sons, not in that particual order.
