Tavis Ve'e rushed for a career high 165 yards on 20 carries in the Wolves 22-12 win over the University of Minnesota, Crookston including a 39 yard blast. The Wolves rushed for 213 yards in the game and improved their record to 5-4 overall and 4-2 in the NSIC.

Ve'e was a Cal-Hi State Sports First Team All-State selection at Amameda High School where he rushed for over 1,500 yards in ten games his senior year helping his team win the ACCAL Conference Championship.
