Matt Hammer (Sr., F, Elkton, S.D.) averaged 16.0 points, 7 assists, 6.5 rebounds and 3.5 steals per game this weekend as the Wolves went 2-0. Hammer scored 16 points and had seven assists and seven rebounds in the Wolves 63-49 win over SW Minnesota State.  Following the weekend, Hammer sits 15^th all-time in scoring at NSU with 1,571 points, one behind current teammate Aaron Busack (Sr., C, Redwood Falls, Minn.).

This marks the seventh time in two years that Hammer has been named NSU Athlete of the Week.
