Aberdeen, S.D. - Northern State (5-25, 0-8) lost another pair of games to Concordia St. Paul (19-9, 5-5) Friday afternoon. Matt Reich went three innings in game one giving up 11 runs (eight earned) on 11 hits. Tyler Oliver came in for the next two innings, giving up three runs on one hit, one walk and two hit batsmen. Justin Downes went 3-for-3 in game one with two RBI and a run scored while Adam Kampsen went 2-for-4 with two RBI and two runs scored.
In game two the Wolves fell 5-3 after Paul Gerrish went six innings giving up five runs (four earned) on nine hits. Billy Lukkes went 2-for-4 with a run scored for the Wolves.
The Wolves travel to University of Mary on April 17th.
