NORTHERN STATE CROSS COUNTRY OPENS SEASON AT SD TECH INVITATIONAL

RAPID CITY, S.D. -- The Wolves' cross country teams made their first road trip to Rapid City to open up the 2002 season.
Runners start the season a little slow with some competition with a total of 5 different teams for the men and women. Kristin Peterson, junior from Arlington, S.D., highlighted the women's team finishing 7th overall with a time of 21:03. The wolves are little smaller team this season, but look to see a lot of improvement from the Wolves in the next couple of meets.
