CROOKSTON, Minn. - After falling behind early in the second quarter, then again in the third, a blocked punt returned 33 yards for a score put the Wolves up for good in their 22-12 win over Minnesota, Crookston.
Sione Tupou blocked a RJ Rollins punt at the 9:46 mark of the third quarter, which was picked up by Jason Wenner and returned 33 yards to put the Wolves up 15-12. Kevi Covington would catch a Toby Korrodi pass with six minutes left in the third to end the scoring at 22-12 on a muddy and wet Ed Widseth Field.
