Women's Golf Places Second In First Event


ABERDEEN, S.D. - NSU's women's golf team opened the season with a second place finish in the Presentation College Invite on Monday, September 5. Jamestown took the event with a score of 373, NSU had 406 strokes, and Presentation had 549.

 

Individually, Kaylee Radloff was NSU's top finisher with 92 swings. She shot a 45 in the first round and 47 in the second. Allison Johnson shot 49 and 45 for a total of 94, while Amanda Glenz shot 51 and 45 for 96 on the day. Finally, NSU's Celia Westphal shot 62 both rounds for 124.

Head Coach Amanda Bain said she was happy with the team's results at the Invite. "I think we did well. We shot pretty good for the first meet."
