Women's Golf Shows Improvements

GRAND FORKS, ND - The fledgling Northern State women's golf team had their best showing of the year at the UND Invite this weekend. They posted a total score of 771 (383, 388) in two rounds played and placed fifth at the Invite. The Wolves scored 396 at the MSU Moorhead Invite on Friday.

 

At the UND Invite, Kylee Radloff topped NSU's individual score list for the fourth time this season, marking a personal best 88 strokes on day one and 92 strokes on day two for a final score of 180. Radloff placed 23rd at the invite. Karissa Salwei had a score of 188 (93, 95), Allison Johnson scored 199 (101, 98), and Kate Richards scored 204 (101, 103).

 

In play at the MSU Moorhead Invite on Friday, Karissa Salwei scored a personal best 92 strokes and placed 12th among all competitors. Kylee Radloff finished in 18th place with 98 strokes, followed by Kate Richards in 21st place with a score of 101 and Allison Johnson in 27th place with a score of 105.
