The day proved to be a good day for the Wolves as they defeated Chadron State by a score of 101-73 in this high-scoring affair, and jr. forward Brad Hansen was named conference player of the week. In the Chadron game, the Wolves led from the opening tip-off and never looked back, as they built a 46-37 halftime lead. The Wolves were hot from downtown, as they shot 63.2% from 3-point land, led by Nick Schroeder (7-9) and Houston Reed (3-3). Schroeder led the Wolves with 27 points, Roland Williams had a team-high 6 assists, and Ben Dahl pulled down 7 boards to lead the Wolves in rebounds. Hansen earned the honor by averaging 17 points, and shooting over 71% from the field last week.
The Wolves will host Rochester College (Mich.) on Friday, November 24, with the tip-off at 7:00 pm.
