Oct. 19,
2001
Junior
outside hitter Molly Veenhof (Huron, S.D.) carried the Wolves
to an easy 3-0 win at Minnesota-Crookston Friday night (30-19,
30-21, 30-26).
Veenhof
ended with a team-high 12 kills and only one error on 20 attacks
(.550 hitting percentage). She also had seven digs on the
night. Sophomore Monica Inge (Johnston, Iowa) led the team
defensively with eight digs in what was a quick match. Setters

(Omaha, Neb.) combined for 35 assists on the night.
The match
put NSU head coach Lisa Schriver into triple digits on the
career win column. It also tied her for second on NSU's coaching
victories list. Schriver is already the winningest coach in
school history by percentage.
The Wolves
play at defending conference champion Minnesota State-Moorhead
