WOLVES
FALL TO CONCORDIA IN FOUR
ST.
PAUL , MINN. - The Northern State volleyball team dropped
its third straight match on Friday night falling 23-30, 30-19,
30-23, 30-22 to Concordia-St. Paul
The
Wolves had a nice offensive night reaching the .200 mark for
just the third time this season as a team.
NSU
senior Jessica Bates recorded 19 kills and four blocks for
the Wolves to lead the way in each category while Renae Sparling
(10 kills, 10 digs), Tara Sauter (44 assists, 11 digs) and
Chelsey Deibert (11 kills, 11 digs) all posted double-doubles
on the night.
Monica
Inge kept up her stellar defensive year with 21 digs on the
evening.
Northern
State falls to 6-12 on the year and 2-4 in the NSIC and will
try to get back in the win column against Winona State Saturday
night in Southeast Minnesota.
