GOLDEN BEARS SPOIL NSU SENIOR NIGHT

Aberdeen, S.D. - Concordia-St. Paul hit at a .400 clip with three players swinging over the .500 mark as the No. 12 Golden Bears downed the Wolves 30-21, 30-12 and 30-18 on NSU's senior night.

CSP's Mandy Horazdovsky produced an efficient 14 kills on just 19 attempts with no hitting errors while Valerie Olson managed 12 kills with no hitting mistakes on the night.

NSU senior Jessica Bates came away from the final home match of her career with 12 kills and two blocks on the evening.

Northern State hit just .087 in the match while coming up with just three team blocks.

Four Northern State seniors played their last points at Wachs Arena tonight as the Wolves said goodbye to Kari LaFrance, Tara Sauter, Jessica Bates and Monica Inge.

The Wolves move to 12-17 on the season and 6-9 in the NSIC and will complete its 2003 season on the road against nationally-ranked Minnesota-Duluth next Saturday.
