Wolves Split on Day Two of Dickinson State Tournament

The Wolves were able to down Montana Tech but fell to #6 Dickinson State on day two of the Dickinson State Tournament. The Wolves finish the weekend with a 1-3 mark.

The Wolves knocked off Montana Tech in four games 30-26, 25-30, 30-28, 30-27 to get their first win of the weekend. Tara Engquist had a solid performance with 15 kills, two block solos and two block assists while Chelsey Deibert added 11 kills of her own.

The Wolves took host Dickinson State team that is ranked #6 in the NAIA preseason poll. The Wolves took game one 30-13 before dropping the final three games 26-30, 25-30, 21-30.

Chelsey Deibert led the Wolves with 17 kills and 4 block assists. Angie Aadahl had ten kills and 17 digs.

The Wolves next match is against Nebraska Omaha when the Wolves host the North Central Regional Challenge at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 10th.
