All-Conference

The Northern Sun Conference announced the 2005 Volleyball All-Conference Team and individual award winners today as selected by the league coaches.

Northern State’s Chelsey Deibert (Sr., MH, Aberdeen, S.D.) was awarded for her play this season by being named to the 2005 NSIC All-Conference Honorable Mention team for the second consecutive season. Chelsey ranked at the top of the list in many areas for the Wolves this season. Chelsey was second on the team in attack percentage (.177). She was fifth on the team in digs (104), second on the team in blocks (81), and she led the team in points (356) and kills (289).

Northern State will head to the NSIC Conference Tournament in St. Paul, Minn. on November 10 th. The fifth seeded Wolves will take on #4 Wayne State (NE) at 5:00 p.m. in the Gangelhoff Center on the campus of Concordia University St. Paul. The Wolves are currently 14-15, 6-8 on the year.
