Wolves Blast Past Jamestown in Three
Aberdeen, S.D. - Northern State (9-8, 3-3 NSIC) rolled past Jamestown College in three game 30-22, 30-24, 30-22 at the Barnett Center in Aberdeen. The Wolves were led by Odemaris Diaz (14), Luciola Figueroa (10), and Chelsey Deibert (11) all were in double digit kills for the Wolves in the match. The Wolves are now 5-0 at Barnett Center when the scorer’s table is on the north side of the court and 5-2 overall at home.
The Wolves hit .170 in the match, but took advantage of 28 errors by the Jimmies, who hit a mere .056. The Wolves out blocked Jamestown 11.0 to 6.0 in the match and had two more service aces (6).
The Wolves hit the road to take on NSIC and travel partner MSU Moorhead on Friday night at 7:00 p.m. in Moorhead, Minn.
