Wolves Slip by Golden Eagles
Aberdeen, SD- The Northern State Wolves (12-9, 5-4 NSIC) edged out a victory in five games against a savvy Golden Eagles team from Minnesota Crookston (12-9, 1-8 NSIC). The match went back and forth as Northern State won the first, third and fifth games.
The Wolves were led by Odemaris Diaz and Chelsey Deibert with 20 and 15 kills respectively. Katie Hegge had a season high in digs with 34 and Kellie Heier had 57 set assists and 17 defensive digs to help the Wolves to their twelfth victory of the season.
The Wolves will be in action on Sunday October 16 th, 2005 as they face Dickenson State out of the DAC- 10 at 3:00 pm in Aberdeen, SD.
