WOLVES DOMINATE MINNESOTA-MORRIS

Feb. 14, 2001

The Wolves beat the Cougars by having a very balanced attack in the last regular season home game of the season, 103-49. Seventeen of the eighteen active Wolves (15-8 overall, 11-4 NSIC) saw action and fifteen of them scored. Leading the Wolfpack was senior Natalie Braun (Warner, S.D.) and junior Amanda Dietrich (Mandan, N.D.) with 12 points each. Dietrich tied her career high in points, and busted out of her scoring slump in a big way, as she was mired in a 1 for 30 shooting slump on the season. Sophomore Shana Theobald (Brookings, S.D.) had a team-high 6 rebounds.

The Wolves will travel to Minnesota-Morris (0-23 overall, 0-15 NSIC) on Saturday, Feb. 17 to take on the Cougars again.
