Schwan Named D2Football.com Player of the Week

ABERDEEN, SD – Northern State punter Eric Schwan was named the D2Football.com Special Teams Player of the Week for his performance against Bemidji State last weekend. The honor comes one week after Schwan was named NSIC Special Teams Player of the Week.

The junior with the boot helped with field position battles in NSU's 25-22 loss to Bemidji State. Schwan kicked six punts for an average of 47 yards per punt. Once of his punts landed inside the BSU 20-yard line. This is the most distinguished honor that Schwan has earned in his three-year career at Northern State.
