Primary responsibilities include management of the centralized
Technology Help
Desk for Northern Educational Technology (NET) Services.
Management responsibilities include management of one full-time
senior computer support technician and two technology fellows, and
overseeing E-learning graduate interns. Other positions currently
held include
WebCT GUI administration, Luminis Campus Announcement
Administrator, and Quality Matters Reviewer.
Other duties include training and support for faculty, staff
and students in hardware issues, software applications, online
course delivery methods, WebCT course delivery software, Web
site design and maintenance, instructional design principles and
practices, and technical support for the Rural
Student Teaching Project and Rural Reading Clinic.
Primary
responsibilities include training and support for faculty, staff and
students in hardware issues, software applications, online course
delivery methods, and WebCT course delivery software. Additional
responsibilities include website maintenance and technical support
for the Center for Statewide E-learning including E-learning and DDN
studio support, software/hardware support and trouble-shooting,
server administration backup, and assistance to Help Desk and Media
Services when needed.
