Management responsibilities include management of one full-time senior computer support technician and two technology fellows, and overseeing E-learning graduate interns. Other positions currently held include WebCT GUI administration, Luminis Campus Announcement Administrator, and Quality Matters Reviewer.

Other duties include training and support for faculty, staff and students in hardware issues, software applications, online course delivery methods, WebCT course delivery software, Web site design and maintenance, instructional design principles and practices, and technical support for the Rural Student Teaching Project and Rural Reading Clinic.
