We also wish you well socially by becoming involved in student organizations. Volunteer in the Aberdeen community. Participate in social and cultural activities and attend athletic events. The years that you spend here will be the most rewarding of your life.
Our current students continue to demonstrate the School of Business' commitment to excellence. In the Spring 2005 semester, our PBL (Phi Beta Lambda) Business Club swept the state competition, with numerous 1st and 2nd place finishes. Likewise, a student group in our senior capstone Business Policy and Strategy class placed in the top 10 internationally in an on-line business management simulation.
Graduates of the School of Business continue to find excellent job placements. Three International Business graduates of our Class of 2005 have accepted positions with fantastic international opportunities in Germany, Korea, and one in South Dakota!
EXIT REQUIREMENTS
In addition to Northern State University graduation requirements, business majors must:

Complete a minimum of 30 semester hours of course work in the School of Business at Northern State University. Acceptance of course work completed at other colleges and universities will be evaluated by the Dean.

4-Year Business and Industrial Technologies Graduates are required by the Board of Regents to take an Exit Exam.
