In addition, you might hear questions asking for examples of times when you demonstrated any of several characteristics such as leadership, good communication, organization, perseverance, or other qualities. Or "Tell me about a time when you had to deal with a difficult person" or some other situation. Even if asked as "Have you ever. . .?" you should answer more than yes or no, but then give an example.
