· Scott proposes we have an officers’ meeting every month
· All present agree
· Next officers’ meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, November
26 at 5 p.m. in Professor Dias’s office (Seymour 342)
· It is decided that Scott will take over the email account
· He is given the address (nsuhistory@yahoo.com) and the password
· Scott will email messages from that account to students
· Malene will email minutes to that account
· Malene suggests a link be put on the web site for student access
· This is agreed to be a good idea
· Professor Dias will contact Tanya to see if a link can be

· Next History Club meeting set for Tuesday, November 12 at 8
p.m. in the Newman center

she wants to share with the group
