	Welcome to the research web site of the E-learning Graduate Program at the Northern State University. We have been conducting e-learning related study since 2002, the research topics include: • AI in on-line content selection • Assessment of educational technology • Development of on-line instruction • Information and knowledge discovery • Multimedia interfaces • Students’ learning preferences • Text processing Our focus is on finding new methods enhancing learning, teaching and knowledge accessibility. Linking information, intelligent knowledge systems, distributed learning environments, and utilization of data mining

	techniques for knowledge management are interdisciplinary tasks for today and future educators, they define alignment between student needs and teacher requirements in the computer supported learning.
