EVIL
has a new home
I recently
viewed a hilarious commercial that ran in New York.
It begins with a bunch of babies playing with toys in
front of a white background. The commentator points
out that each child has different characteristics but
ends by pointing out these almost newborns all have
one thing in common...they have all been in New York
longer than Hillary Rodham Clinton. The commercial ends
with one of the children putting on a New York Yankees
cap for the camera as Hillary Rodham did at the beginning
of her campaign. Now that is a campaign commercial!

Rumble
in the Bronx part 2, Hillary vs. Rick
When this
edition of the Exponent comes out, the election will
be less than a month away. Wow! Where does the time
go? For us political science people, it's the most wonderful
time of the year; well, every two years, at least. At
the end of September, the presidential candidates were
in a dead heat. That shouldn't last long. After Gore
makes Bush look like a fool at the debates, he'll go
on and sweep all 50 states and both Houses of Congress
will go Democratic again, marking the beginning of a
golden age of America that will last for hundreds of
years that historians will call "Pax Americana." (Read

The
Naked Truth
Did you ever wonder why Americans will watch a man be
bloodied, beaten, knifed, shot, and/or killed in various
gruesome manners in a television show/film, and will
not bat an eye; but will scream, giggle or get out the
digital mosaic kit at the slightest sign of a nipple?
Well, at first glance, I would say it is because most
Americans are uncultured, puritanical hypocrites who
are ashamed of their bodies. And that would pretty much
explain the matter. There are those who believe the
body is a sacred thing, a beauteous object to be covered
on moral grounds, and they might not fit into the above
category. They are just puritanical hypocrites, not
uncultured ones. (Read

The
Toilet Truth
Women have been fighting for equality with men for decades.
We talk about equal pay, equal political rights, and
equal employment opportunities. We want the same considerations
as male students when participating in class. We want
everyone to know that we’re good at math and can run
five miles every morning and can choose to go to a technical
school to become a welder if we want. But when it comes
to bathrooms, we really like not sharing them with men.

Badgers
and minorities and Photo Editor, OH MY!
I'll admit it. I was wrong. I'm not ashamed to say it.
I was foolish and naïve, but now I know better. I was
under the mistaken impression that the world around
me had gotten a little bit more sane, rational, and
realistic in the past few years. A few weeks ago I discovered
that my impressions were incorrect. (Full
