Fashion
trends for winter 2001
Although lately the temperatures in Aberdeen have been
relatively endurable, talking about spring this early
still sounds obscure. However, stores all over are already
bringing in spring clothes and magazine specials about

The
new year
It is a new year and there is soon to be a new administration
running the country. Just recently, an ironic twist
of fate occurred when Al Gore was forced to count the
electoral votes which booted him and his buddy out of
office. If I were “W.,” I would have sent him a nice
thank you card from I-Kicked-Your-Ass-Ville. (Read

My
New Year's Resolutions
This New Year/, I am having an odd time. It's not bad,
per se, but it's been better. Because of the crazy way
life works sometimes, I am sitting almost alone (Isabella
is sleeping.) in my apartment, listening to ol'Blue
Eyes, (Young at Heart) drinking a low-range champagne,
(Korbel) smoking a low-range cigar (Teamo). Why? Because
I chose to do so. I could be out...I could have gone
to parties, and I sure as hell don't have to write my
friggen Exponent article. (Read

This
one's for the ladies
It's high time I get something off my chest.
Actually, I'll be getting several things off my chest,

Sammy's
Restaurant on Main serves a mean omelette
After a busy night of fun, most college students tend
to get the munchies. A run to the Millstone was the
only option I had until recently. Then a story of good
food in large proportions came to my attention in the
form of Sammy's Restaurant and Omelette Shop. (Full
