tunnels discovered, nothing but pipes, phone lines
When assigned this article, I was ecstatic. I was sure
that not very many of Northern State University’s students
knew that they walk over “secret” tunnels when they
journey across campus. I imagined that the tunnels were
used during WWII, or they had some other hidden meaning.
I at least knew that the tunnels had to serve some kind
of gigantic purpose.

middle school's future uncertain
