THE HERITAGE SOCIETY

The Heritage Society honors those individuals who have named Northern State University Foundation as beneficiary through planned gifts such as trusts, insurance and bequests. Many gift options enable donors to contribute for the future benefit of Northern State University while taking advantage of the income and tax advantages these gifts provide.

  Bequeath a specific amount or a percentage of estate assets to the Foundation
• Irrevocable Deferred Gifts
  Establish charitable remainder trusts (unitrust and annuity), charitable gift annuity or life estate in personal residence or farm
• Other Gifts
  Life insurance policies, lead trusts and income assigned to charities provide additional gifting options
