Services Available:
Pre-Award
- Assist faculty and staff in locating funding sources for their proposed ideas.
- Provide a computerized funding search system where faculty and staff can conduct their own searches for funding sources.
- Assist faculty and staff in securing application materials.
- Assist faculty and staff in the preparation of their proposals.
- Assist faculty and staff in the on-campus proposal approval phase (signoffs by appropriate university personnel).
- Assist faculty and staff with submitting completed proposals to funding agencies.
Post Award
- Assist faculty and staff in interpreting agency award letters. When grants are funded, the funding agency generally forwards an award letter which outlines the university’s administrative responsibilities. Responsibilities must be determined such as what will be done, who will do it, and when will it need to be done.
- Assist faculty and staff in establishing an account for their grant.
- Assist faculty and staff in completing
required reports.
