- Children's Literature includes lecture notes for the current term and a link to previous terms' notes; an on-line version of L. Frank Baum's 1890-91 editorials from the Aberdeen Saturday Pioneer, in which he called for the extermination of the Sioux people; an annotated bibliography on fairy tales and brief course notes on specific tales; the Children's Literature Study Web; and other material.
- Composition contains links to reference materials useful for writing students, including style guides and articles about language, along with course assignments.
- Journalism contains lecture notes on journalism history, law, and ethics, sample quizzes, and numerous links to on-line news media and organizations.
- Postcolonial Literature includes lecture notes, sample assignments, and links to study guides for the South Dakota Humanities Council World Reading Series.
- General literature is fairly undeveloped, but contains various notes relevant to other courses that are taught on an occasional basis, including 19th-century literature and literary criticism.
- Public and Academic Writing includes links to my film and drama criticism in the Aberdeen American News as well as to scholarly and creative writing that is available on -line.
- The Personal page includes non-academic materials related to my other interests and to my family.
