The Babysitters' Club
The book that stands out for me during my childhood
would be the Babysitter's Club books. When I was growing up in my
old neighborhood there were many little children and only four girls that
were of age to babysit. So we started our own babysitter's
club. The only problem is that it only lasted through one summer
and then when school started up again I was the only babysitter that all
the young children wanted for there babysitter. Today I still read the
Babysitter's Club and still find them as enjoyable as I did when I was
a child.
