Memories of Green Eggs and Ham

         What makes Green Eggs and Ham stand out for me is that the rhyming and that it's so easy to learn from.  It was its own even flow and reading pace that helps little children learn what is needed to learn.  I do remember an activity that my kindergarten class had done after my teacher had finished teaching us about the book.  For Thanksgiving we didn't have turkey, but instead we had green eggs and ham.
          It was one thanksgiving that I will always remember because a tradition had been broken for the normal turkey, gravy, and mash potatoes.
