| What's my WebAdvisor Password? |
| If you forgot your WebAdvisor password, please go to WebAdvisor. Choose WebAdvisor for Students or WebAdvisor for Faculty. On the left hand side of the screen under "User Account", select the "What's my Password" link. From this page you can choose to see a password hint or have your password mailed to your on-campus email address. NSU does not keep a list of WebAdvisor passwords. |

| If you forgot your WebAdvisor ID (that you use to login), please go to WebAdvisor. Choose WebAdvisor for Students or WebAdvisor for Faculty. On the left hand side of the screen under "User Account", select the "What's my WebAdvisor ID" link and fill out the following form. NSU does not keep a list of WebAdvisor User IDs. |
| How to Copy WebAdvisor Roster Data into Excel? |

With the new version of WebAdvisor, it is not as easy to copy and paste WA roster data into Excel. Here are the steps to make it work a little better: 1. Highlight your roster in WA and select copy. 2. Open Excel and paste into the spreadsheet 3. Highlight the entire spreadsheet by clicking on the box between the A and 1 (the grey box in the picture below)
4. From the Edit menu, chose clear and then formats. This will remove all formatting on the pasted roster. 5. Delete the columns/data that you do not require. |
