NET Services provides technical support for data phones that are on South Dakota contract. Currently, that data phone is the Motorola Q. Users with other types of data phones will need to contact their provider for set-up instructions.

Users can also request network information through the Help Desk. Users will need this network information in order to sync their data phones with the NSU email system.
