  • InkTalk demonstrates the potential of using the Tablet PC in conversations. You may find that it is useful today, but there are some limitations which mean that it may not be useful. The main limitations are:
    • Ink to Text recognition: The recognition works well for some people, but not so well for others. If the recognition does not work well for you, then InkTalk will not be useful. If you have problems writing, then InkTalk will probably not be useful to you.
    • Default voice: InkTalk uses whatever the default voice is for your computer. So you will not find InkTalk useful if you are not comfortable using the default voice on the Tablet PC.
    • Volume: In some places the audio from the computer is not loud enough or clear enough for people to understand what the computer is saying. So InkTalk may only be useful in fairly quiet places.
  • PictureHelper is a simple program which makes it easy to create informative pictures. The program can be downloaded by following the instructions at the bottom of this page.
