	Let me explain!! I tried to make a Buch de Noel. Everything went all right, but after it's baked it must be rolled. Mrs. Despre was wise enough to put down a towel before letting me try this part. This is were I found a challenge. It did not roll nicely for me. We ate it in pieces, it was fine. This pic.was taken part way through the eating process.
