Me in the Geode, before the movie. 
 
On my way out I got to see the film rewinding. 
 
At the museum of Paleontology I found many interesting things. One was this Iguana with all of it's internal organs inlated. 
 
  
Translates to no air, no water, only what's necessary. :) Then the picture shows the carmal river and stuff like that. I thought it was cute. 
 
Alter at Notre Dame 
 
The diamond exposition was informative. I learned that colored diamonds are extremely valuable. Reds and greens are the rarest, yellows have tiny nitrogen impurities, pink and browns are due to a crystal structure, and blue ones(like the hope diamond) have bits of boron impurities. Under a UV light blue diamonds glow blood red. This rock shows eclogites and peridotites, which are often mother rocks for diamonds. 
 
Dutoitspan is the world's largest uncut gem quality diamond. 
 
Part of De beers collection, not all are of gem quality but they are all natural.

Diamonds are even is space. These are microsopic though. :)
