Northern State University Copyright Policy

The Designated Agent to respond to reports alleging copyright infringements on Northern State University website locations, in accordance with Title II of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, is the Director of Libraries. Any such reports must be sent to Director of Libraries, Northern State University, 1200 South Jay Street,  Aberdeen, South Dakota, 57401. The Act specifies the information required to be included in such reports.
