北方州立大学中国留学生会（以下简称CSA）采取“会籍制”，以中国留学生为主要服务对象，并欢迎各国学生教师参加。
会员需遵守北方州立大学守则及中国留学生会的各项章程。
CSA 定期例会， 每期除常规活动总结计划外，设有不同探讨主题，涉及在美交往、学习、生活、旅行等方方面面的话题，并会邀请国际教师、学生作为嘉宾参与讨论。

（Chinese Student Association at Northern State University）
Dear friend,
Welcome to Northern State University. Chinese Student Association (CSA) at Northern State University (NSU) is where you can find support, friends, and a stage for you.
A membership of CSA is required before participating CSA programs, including CSA Welcome Reception for new students, Newsletter, Study group program, English conversation partner program, Information service , Picnic & BBQ, and so on. CSA also has many programs and events open to all NSU staff and students and Aberdeen community every semester-- Chinese culture Night, Chinese Festival Celebration, Movie, and etc.
Most CSA members currently are Chinese students and faculty. We welcome people of all culture background at NSU to join us.
All CSA Members should follow the NSU Student Handbook and CSA construction.
There are CSA regular meetings covering topics like living in America, student life, traveling around and CSA program reviews and plans. We invite Northern teachers and students to come and join the discussion.
