The Safety Song (song to the tune of Heartbreak Hotel)
Lyrics by Guinn Hodgson
Well, since my parents left me Left me home alone I practice all my safety rules Until they get back home Chorus I practice safety, baby I practice safety. I practice safety all the time Well, if someone comes a'knockin A'knockin at my door I'll be locked safe inside my home So don't come 'round no more Chorus If someone rings my number Calls me on the phone I won't give information out Because I'm home alone Chorus Well, if I smell something burning Fire or maybe smoke I quickly dial 9-1-1 Then stop, and drop, and roll Chorus When I surf on my computer And someone wants to chat If I'm not sure who it is Then I'll have none of that Chorus
