NSU to Offer 2nd Annual Seeds of Success Seminars

(ABERDEEN, SD) Northern State University and the Aberdeen Chamber of Commerce are pleased to announce that the second “Seeds of Success” seminars have been scheduled for this September. Join area business leaders to hear success stories and earn college credit. The sessions will be held on Tuesdays, Sep. 9, 16 and 23, from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. in the NSU Centennial Rooms.
“Northern State University and the Aberdeen Area Chamber of Commerce are thrilled to be hosting the second Annual Seeds of Success workshops this coming September,” said Steve Smiley, Director of NSU’s Extended Studies. “The Seeds of Success seminars are a great opportunity for business professionals, leaders in the community and college students to come together and be inspired by some of Aberdeen’s finest.”
Speakers for this year’s conference include Mike Evans, Jim MacDougall, Julie Johnson and Lee Compton on Tue, Sep. 9. Clark Wold, Sarah Mann, Steve Sticklemeyer and Ben Victor on Sep. 16. Paul McDonald, Dr. Louise Westbrook and Rod Fouberg on Sep. 23.
Costs for the “Seeds of Success” Seminars are:
Option 1: Chamber Members $180; Non-Members $360 (All sessions)
Option 2: Chamber Members $ 80; Non-Members $160 (One day session)
Option 3: Chamber Members $ 50; Non-Members $100 (1/2 day session)
* Business Owners may purchase package 1 or 2 and send different
employees to each session.
